New musical gets iTunes exclusive - May 12, 2008

I could easily devote two weeks worth of Blog posts to my love of the musical artist Stew -- a critically acclaimed singer-songwriter, member of the pop-rock band The Negro Problem and now co-creator (w/ Heidi Rodewald) of the much-buzzed about Broadway play Passing Strange, a possible contender for Best Musical at this year's Tony Awards. 


I mention my love of Stew and his music because I just read on Broadway.com that the aformentioned Passing Strange "will be the first Broadway show to get a digital exclusive release, when the original cast album will be available to download on iTunes on May 27. The actual CD will be available in stores sometime in July."
